Alissa Fedi is the founder and managing partner at Taxalis Consulting.
She has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Pisa, with specialisation in Company Law. She is a Chartered Accountant and she holds the Certificate of The Executive Program in Transfer Pricing from the Faculty of Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) of the University of Lausanne and the IFRS Certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW London).
She has worked many years for consultancy companies in Lugano and she has extensive experience at international level in complex tax issues and strategic tax planning in different industries and in many jurisdictions.
